The brand-new Pulse system includes a new precision handheld spectrophotometer, a Pathfinder hand-scanning guide and advanced colour management software. The Pulse can be connected to your computer by its USB cable, or can take readings untethered and then download them when reconnected. The Pulse is available in different configurations - as standard it supports RGB printers (i.e. those printers driven directly from a standard Windows or Macintosh printer driver). If your printer is using a CMYK driver or, more typically a CMYK RIP, please select the CMYK option - which can also be added at a later date via a software upgrade. If you do not already have a monitor calibrator, then consider the combined bundles of Pulse and Optix make a great solution and the cost saving is significant. All Pulse systems supplied by us are the UV version. This is suitable for 99% of all inkjet profiling and we do not see the need to supply the non-UV version. If you have a specific application that requires non-UV versions of the Pulse, please contact us to special order this (there is no price difference).
